Built cross-functional routines and ownership through a bottoms-up strategy vetting process, turning early collaboration into a high-performing, repeatable execution model that ultimately delivered growth.

Product Development Roadmap

Architected and led the development of a scalable Product Phase Gate Roadmap at a global toy company. Built with a cross-functional teams across regions, the process integrated diverse functional needs—from insights to design, engineering, marketing, and operations—into a shared, phase-driven structure with clear ownership and accountability. Led the framework design and supported its integration into Workfront alongside Product Development, IT, and Marketing—contributing to a 50% increase in product development efficiency and earning recognition through Workfront’s Lion Award for enterprise-wide deployment. The system helped ensure consumer needs remained central throughout development.

Launching Success

Led a global New Model Parts Quality team to launch the 2009 Honda Pilot — earning its first-ever IIHS Top Safety Pick . Oversaw integration strategy of best-practice Parts Quality processes, routines, check-ins, and escalations across suppliers, quality, and engineering. Conducted thorough post-launch analysis and transferred learnings through mass-production and upstream design teams, enhancing continuous improvement processes for future vehicle programs.

Built and led adoption of a breakthrough innovation forecasting tool and process for a leading North American CPG company with a century-old distributor network. Unified sales, partners, and agencies around a shared goal to deliver planning rhythms and nuanced market signals across the organization—unlocking millions in incremental revenue.
